What is a recruiting chatbot?
A recruiting chatbot is software that talks with job candidates in a messenger app on behalf of a staffing agency. Ours works on WhatsApp or Telegram. The bot answers routine questions such as shift times, pay day and documents, asks the screening questions the agency has written, offers call slots once screening is done, and passes the chat to a human recruiter. The bot never decides who gets hired.
The bot runs on the agency's own accounts and says only what the agency has approved before launch. When the bot hands a candidate over, the recruiter sees the latest messages and the reason, so nobody scrolls back through the chat. What does a recruiting chatbot do?

What does it not do?
It does not decide who gets hired, it does not negotiate pay, and it does not give legal or visa advice. Those always go to a recruiter.
