Recruiting Chatbot

Privacy: what we collect when a staffing agency asks for a sample chat flow.

When you send the form, we collect your name, work email and the questions you type. We use them only to reply with your sample chat flow. This page explains the rest.

Who runs this site?

Recruiting Chatbot is run by Andrii Boiko, who reads the mail sent to [email protected].

What do we collect, and why?

Your name, work email, the questions you type, and optionally your agency name and the languages your candidates use. We use them to reply to you and to write your sample chat flow.

Please leave out candidate names and personal details when you list your questions. We do not need them.

Who else sees what I send?

One service processes the form for us: Telegram, where we get a notification message with what you typed. It handles your data on our behalf.

To draft your sample flow we may pass your questions to a language-model service (Anthropic, OpenAI or Google Gemini, for example), always under terms that bar it from learning from what you send. When an agency's bot runs on API keys the agency holds, that AI company is the agency's own supplier.

We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.

How long do we keep it?

We erase a submission when you ask, and after one year at the latest.

What are my rights?

You can ask to see the data we keep on you, to have mistakes fixed, or to have it erased. Write to us and we will reply.

Does this site use cookies or analytics?

No cookies are set. If we switch on analytics, it is cookieless page-view counting that does not follow you across sites.

What about candidate data in a chatbot we build for an agency?

That data belongs to the agency. The bot collects only what the screening needs, and the agency decides how long it is kept.

Want to see how a sample chat flow looks?

Send us three to twenty questions your candidates ask. We send back a sample chat flow you can read, free.
